Spring in SC

I know that it has been a long time (yet again) since I posted on my blog. We are in full Spring mode at our house. It is complete with red eyes, running noses, and itchy throats. All the wonders of Spring in the South. No, really, we are having a great time! It is nice that the children can be outside in the afternoon for as long as they want. I am enjoying that as well. I have been doing yard work while they are playing this week. This means that I have been pulling the plethora of weeds that have taken over our back yard.

We had a wonderful Easter with Jason's family. It was nice weather and the kids had a good time with their Easter present. Both of them received a beach towel in their basket that we took with us to Shoes and Juddy's beach house last week. We enjoyed our trip even though it was cold and windy most of the time. We went to the aquarium that is near there house and we FOUND NEMO! That was the most exciting part. Jackson and Jenna both enjoyed riding the ferry boat to and from the aquarium. Best entertainment that $5.00 can buy these days.

Right now we are eagerly awaiting warm enough weather to go our neighborhood pool. It may be a while, however, because the temps are still getting down into the 40's at night. We always have the sprinklers!
